OMNIX Translator is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices permitted by your license.

Activation

The software uses online activation and periodic license verification. Internet access may be required to activate and validate your license.

Permitted Use

You may use OMNIX Translator for personal and commercial projects within the limits of your purchased license.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share license keys, reverse engineer, modify, or bypass the licensing system except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Some features may connect to OpenAI, DeepL, Ollama, or other third-party services. Their use is subject to the respective providers' terms.

Ownership

OMNIX Translator and all related intellectual property remain the property of Benedict OMNIX.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benedict OMNIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.
