These Terms of Service govern your use of BenedictOMNIX websites, plugins, license services and related software products.

1. Acceptance

By using our website or software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

2. Products

BenedictOMNIX develops creative workflow software, including plugins for Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools. Product features, availability and supported platforms may change over time.

3. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license type purchased. Unless otherwise stated, a perpetual license allows use of the purchased version subject to activation and these Terms.

4. Activation limits

Commercial licenses may be limited to a defined number of activations or devices. Activation limits are used to prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing. If you need a reset due to a hardware change, contact support.

5. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, modify for unauthorized redistribution, bypass licensing checks, or use the software in a way that violates applicable law or marketplace rules.

6. Third-party software and services

Some workflows may rely on third-party software, marketplaces or local tools, including Adobe products, FastSpring, Hostinger or local AI software such as Ollama. Those services are governed by their own terms.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds may be handled by the marketplace or payment provider used for the purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable marketplace or payment provider policy and consumer law.

8. Support

Support is provided through info@benedictomnix.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed.

9. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes or new versions at our discretion. Some major upgrades or new products may require a separate purchase.

10. No warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the software will meet every individual requirement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenedictOMNIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business or creative work.

12. User responsibility

You are responsible for keeping backups of your creative work and for testing plugin output before commercial publication or delivery to clients.

13. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to licenses that are fraudulent, refunded, chargebacked, abused, shared publicly or used in violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are intended for international use. Applicable law and jurisdiction may depend on your location, the marketplace used for purchase and mandatory consumer protection rules.
